For the past two years, grief hasn't just entered my life, but hit my heart and soul like a ton of bricks. From the passings of my beloved pets, to my best friend of 18 years who was ripped away, fast and sudden, by cancer, to lastly, my father, my heart ached, terribly. I thought, if perhaps, I pulled up a chair for grief and allowed it to co exist with joy, that I could find my way. This book is about my own, personal healing journey. It is about finding joy in the midst of grief, of finding lightness in the midst of darkness. It is my love letter to those who I have lost.
