""This short collection is my deep-seated affection for the Moon and for the poetic form - Villanelle. In this book, you shall find my interpretation of the Moon and the widespread symbolism connected with it. My efforts were to cover most part of it, to a certain extent. The Moon's celestial impressions are different in various cultures world over. Covering them all would become a big Loch Ness monster. A select few myths have been used and explored here. The early civilisation myths are used for creating a different view of something old and blue. I felt joy in a poetic form that challenges my rhyming skill. The form creates a forced limit to the lines and rhyme sequence which gives us, its charm. Here's my version of Moon and its nocturnal hunts.""
