Volume one focuses attention on collective physical security and various crimes while volume two highlights the modalities for attaining collective democratic, political, socio-economic, environmental, familiar, international and Spiritual security; and collective governance in the country. The book generally considers the role of the Rule of Law as the engine room of participatory democracy and collective governance in Nigeria. Collective governance constitutes the driving force of Collective Security that encompasses physical, legal, political, democratic, social, environmental, informational, familiar, and global forms of security. This book highlights the importance of collective involvement in governance by all Nigerians under an atmosphere of unity in diversity as the pre-requisite to the attainment of world-power status by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is hoped that the book will awaken in every Nigerian the consciousness of patriotism, volunteer service, and inner Spiritual awakening that serves as the basis for the attainment of successful collective governance and security in Nigeria.
