Joshua's Journey to Juilliard

Joshua's Journey to Juilliard is a story about a boy named Josh who loved classical music. He learned to play the violin when he was very young, and then he switched to the cello with big dreams of going to school for cello performance. Josh's dream was to go to The Juilliard School in New York, NY, and with the guidance of some amazing teachers, he worked hard to make his dream come true. Voncile Campbell wrote this story about her son Joshua McClendon, who is currently the cellist in the Isidore String Quartet. The quartet won the 14th Banff International String Quartet Competition in 2022 and the 2023 Avery Fisher Career Grant.
