The Last Jitney is the story of Chauncey Johnson who still drives a Jitney, or a pay by cash taxi, in 2020, the age of Uber and Lyft. Chauncey has a "grudge" against society and refuses to work for corporate America and, therefore, relegates to driving a Jitney.
