The Seven Puddles: A Path Of Awakening

Fifteen long years have passed since this event of Near-Death Experience. Why write about it now? Because I feel more at peace with myself, relaxed and because I believe and trust that my experience will help others.In the process of continuing to heal, I have learned to understand that the path to awakening is within. Sometimes, we do not feel worthy enough of receiving God's light; however, it is important to accept that His love is unconditional and without limits.Therefore, it is foremost to heal ourselves and to surrender to His love.I am grateful to have a close relationship with my children and family. "Relax," and "Don't be afraid" are phrases that you will find throughout this story. Why the title "The Seven Puddles?" I could really say that this implies many things. I just let my soul speak, without any doubts, without questions. This is how I named the series of paintings I created that reflect my Near Death Experience (NDE).Nowadays, I understand that the message was coming through in my art, reflecting the reasons for many important things that have occurred in my life. Whenever you open yourself to listening; people who really want to listen can understand the truthfulness of that voice. "Relax, don't be afraid."-"The Seven Puddles," or ("Los Siete Charcos," in Spanish) are intentions found through meditation, where I use reflections of waterfalls as a reference point to express my art. These colorful paintings somehow connect with my near-death experience in a mighty and murky river.On the same pathway, there are also reflections of life as I constantly continue learning and growing up as a human being.It has been a cathartic transition and transformation for me to decide to write about this experience that changed, not only my life; but also, the lives of my children and family forever.
