Lists of Random Numbers is a collection of selected poems by William Maxheimer. It includes three sections boasting more than eighty poems. The book is divided into three sections. The first section, The Annals of Male Amour, features poems pertaining to the male condition as it pertains to love and sex and the pitfalls of being a guy. The second section, Some of My Pretty Ones, includes poems about the sweeter side of love and friendship. The third section, Specific Numerology--Random Numeration, presents a potpourri of weird and wild, scary, and humorous stuff. Things even geta wee bit political. The poetry is written as free verse and models beat and confessional styles and content that is in no way devoid of form.
