How would the world look if driving was outlawed for safety and the only transportation was a public system of vehicles on rails?Thomas Fredericks has grown up in exactly that world. For the last 50 years, human-driven vehicles are a thing of the past. Instead, everyone gets around in pods, small vessels that travel on guided tracks.
