Peintures Numériques de Roses

New Mexico Artist Bobby J. Jones photographed the rosebushes at The Tony Hillerman Public Library in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2014. Jones has taken these photos and turned them into digital paintings. Now Bobby is publishing these images into an art book, Peintures Numériques de Roses. Jones titled this publication in French to honor his paternal grandmother's ( Thelma Bonnie Turcotte Jones Powers) ancestry. This ancestry goes all the way back to Bobby's 11th great grandparents (Jean Turcot and Francoise Capel) of Trois Riveres, Champlain, Quebec, Canada to the 1640s-1650s.
