A homeless, unloved dog, living on the busy, polluted streetsof Guatemala finds shelter and love through a chance meetingwith a traveller named Ceiba who works as a teacher in aschool located in beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.Mani, one of the lucky street dogs, not only finds a friend inCeiba her rescuer, she also later finds a permanent home witha new family to love her in the United States of America.Mani is one of many street dogs who live in a dangerous andunfriendly environment for dogs on the noisy, dirty streets ofSan Pedro, La Laguna.
