Knowledge Management: A bottum up approach

This book is short, but comprehensive. Most English books on management have it all covered in the first few pages and the rest of the book is to fill pages and justify the price tag making it heavier and more visible in the bookshelf.I like to nail things and keep it short, precise and onto the point, but never short of a joke.This book is for you in addition to other books on Knowledge Management, but being written from a start up position at the bottom of the company food chain or as well if you like to have a laugh being stuck in corporate world as many of us watching the college boys using their networks to get the big green leaves for them outnetworking the smart donkeys working hard.Bottum up approach means that I was working in a call center as an agent when, becoming part of setting up a Knowledge Managment team and that this booklet is full of abstract examples and no manual.If I was a Guru I'd tell you here that the exanples are supposed to teach you the art of knowledge management and the way to think knowledeg mangement.On the bottum line, I do not sell any software, but try to make some green leaves: -) by sharing my funny perspective.
