Business communication as a subject is prescribed in almost all professional courses but it has never been given due importance. The subject has a wide range of topics; some of which are included in one course whereas excluded in the other. This selection and rejection of topics depending upon the mood of the curriculum designer create a lot of mess and it is difficult to find a book completely based on a particular curriculum. This creates a lot of mental stress on the students of professional courses who mainly focus on their core subjects and take Business Communication to score high marks or simply pass. I have tried to design this book based on the needs of BBA, BADM, and B.Com students of JNU, Jaipur.
