Somewhere between True North and Magnetic North lies the Northern Edge. For some Champaign-Urbana IL, neighborhoods that edge hits dangerously close to home. That edge once labeled "The North End" symbolized lost, limited or lack of opportunities; for a besieged group of disadvantaged inhabitants an intervention is required. The digital divide parallels these disadvantaged sectors and services must be provided.
