Or a grandfather, like me, to his grandchildren! It is fiction. It is called "Elmer: The flying fish who couldn't fly." It depicts a world where fish talk to each other and to humans. They do it by projecting their thoughts, and receiving the thoughts of others. It's a fairy tale world where a young flying fish finds his identity and place in the world.
