The Red Herring Fallacy: Artifice of Deception

How one man fought back against a multinational corporation, United Parcel Service (UPS), after discovering and exposing in court their long-running scheme to defraud customers. A fallacy is a false invalid notion, a defect in an argument that involves mistaken reasoning, a misconception, a delusion. A fallacy can not be used as a legal argument as it's logic is flawed. Sometimes fallacies are committed on purpose, in order to wrongfully influence and or mislead. Repercussions of such callous dishonesty is appalling. Gone unstopped and unpunished is just as appalling. And thus it follows... such lawlessness must be relentlessly eradicated from upon the face of all the earth.
