March 2020 New York City is the epicenter of a global pandemic. All non-essential workers have been furloughed by a governmental mandate. Twenty-eight year old Emma Earl, a promising lingerie designer, has been deemed non-essential. Anyone and everyone who has the ability to leave and some place to go is leaving the city as fear of the potentially deadly corona virus escalates and spreads. Emma decides to head north to the Adirondack Mountains to quarantine with her family in her childhood home. But much has changed since Emma left this small mountain hamlet ten years ago. Compulsory Stay-at-Home orders have been issued by the Center for Disease Control in an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Across the country everyone is in lockdown. The public health authorities are saying we will be Safer-at-Home. But is this true? What about Emma?
