At sixteen Helene Grover wrote a number one hit, "Barefoot Boy". She is one of the pioneers of Australian rock 'n' roll music with over 40 years in the entertainment industry as a songwriter, actor, and theatrical agent.In the eighties she met 'Enfant Terrible' of jazz, Serge Ermoll resulting in a 26 Year relationship. Managing his flailing career, Helene produced several of his following albums including Aria nominated, 'Jungle Juice", booked his many performances including the concert tour in Sydney with Dizzy Gillespie. Serge grappled with a lifetime of addictions.Ultimately, developing her innovative concept of laughter therapy in Australia, Helene conducted seminars and conferences throughout Australia and South East Asia. She wrote her first book, Laugh Aerobics, also published in Japanese. She's appeared in television programs, radio interviews, and print media. "Sometimes the Music" presents the fascinating lives of these two dynamic individuals and children of migrants. Not just from opposite sides of the planet, but also the music environments they each dominated, rock 'n' roll and jazz.
