Although a sequel to 'McAlister and the Great War' published by Abela Publishing Sandhurst UK, 'McAlister the Peacemaker' is a stand-alone novel. Callan McAlister is a WWI aviation hero. He and his wife Ivy Brown head for Spain to fulfill a flying contract. Unwittingly they become embroiled in the Spanish Civil War and then find themselves on an Eastern Mediterranean island when WWII flares up around them. Callan and Ivy try to protect their island paradise from the ravages of war. With the help of a Battle of Britain ace, gallant Royal Navy officer, an Italian policeman and an eccentric English MI-6 operative the story swings from the Mediterranean to the South Atlantic, the English Channel and London during the Blitz.
