When would-be diamond miner, Andrew Burns disappears with Lizzy Lawson's life savings, she's determined to track him down, no matter what. With the help of an aboriginal tracker, Henry Morgan, she finds Burns at his miserable excuse for a mine in the Kimberley Desert of Western Australia, but he's dead. The police think Lizzy has both motive and opportunity, so she and Henry are charged with his murder.
