An Ocean Apart

Jim, a coloured man is adopted as a baby into a childless white family during WW2. His adoptive mother gives birth to a baby girl when he is five years old. He overcomes many challenges as he grows up. He joins the aircraft branch of the Royal Navy and during his deployments meets and marries an Australian woman. He loves his job, his wife and his country, but then fate takes a hand and he realises that the one woman who he truly loves is legally unavailable.
