Trey Blake is on a hunting trip in his own backyard. That is, the three million acre designated Wilderness area that borders the Dagger Ranch deeded land. You can get lost out there and never be found. Families have waited years for news of relatives lost in this Wilderness. One such event was the loss of a private airplane owned by the Ranch's absentee owners. Now, weather, erosion, and decay of downed timber combines to reveal the crash site. Trey finds it.
