Canary In The Court

Canary in the Court exposes the illicit collusion between the bankruptcy bench and bar to bilk creditors out of millions of dollars in attorney fees. The author was incarcerated for contempt of court for challenging the Bankruptcy Court's authority to pay estate counsel $1.25 mil. in attorney fees to sell a $10 mil. asset which only fetched $2.5 mil. at a bankruptcy sale to the Debtor's largest investor. As a condition of the sale the Court enjoin creditors from suing the buyer to recover claims owed by the Debtor.
