Coffee Monsters

Dear Reader, Dear Wishblower, Dear Dreamer, This book is a portal into another world. A world never before seen. Manifested before your eyes out of coffee splattered pages, monsters come alive. They knew you as a child: in shadow, underneath blankets, hiding in cobwebs, whispering to dust bunnies some words you never heard. All of these years, they had something to say to you. These short stories are swollen with dreamscapes, nightmarish images, and unforgettable adventures. They are for the believers of magic, the explorers of hidden worlds, the true lovers, the secret kings and queens, the children with infinite imaginations, and the grown ups that haven't forgotten theirs. When we began conjuring up these monsters, we made a wish. A wish that was wished many times in many different ways: eyelashes, candles, wishbones, scraps of paper in a box, coffee beans, holding our breath in tunnels, and dandelions. The wish was this: to share something beautiful with the world that contained the essence of our souls. Here is our wish come true.
