Women go through many seasons of life with the thought, "I wish someone could understand exactly what I am going through." Perimenopause is a season of life the majority of women will experience. This is one of those seasons when women have that aforementioned thought due to an onset of symptoms that can cause a great deal of overwhelming anxiety. Author Cynthia Jennings takes a unique approach and gives readers a glimpse into her journey through perimenopause. Cynthia talks about how confusing, scary, and anxiety-filled the onset of perimenopause was.
