Kirsten is a little girl from Iowa, and the only thing she wants for her birthday is a pet. Being that she's an only child, her parents agree to grant her with the pet of her choice. They were not prepared for her pet of choice to be chickens. Kirsten's parents were pleased to see how loving their little girl was to all her chickens. They were even more impressed by how she took little Elsa Mae under her own wing, when the other chickens were picking on her.
