Black Dragon's leader Emilio Diaz is uniting all the gangs in Denver in order to control the drug trafficking. The FBI and the Task Force plan a massive take down of Diaz's empire. Pablo joins the Black Dragons as a carrier to learn inside information to give to Manny. When Pablo is shot Manny goes crazy and hunts down the gangbanger responsible to execute his own street justice. A mature leader, Rick must show Manny how to uphold justice at all costs and not give in to revenge.
