She is a Research Officer at Food Technology Department, Federal Institute of Industrial Research. Her research interest focuses on women and children nutrition, food product development and storage. Mary Oluwabunmola Ajakaye, RN Mary is a nutritionist and researcher who has worked with different organizations with focus on health and nutrition development.
