Hope Ignites

Wren is in the Mountains she calls The High Place. She frequents there to find time alone to meditate and commune with her Creator. Descending the path back to the clearing leading home, she stumbles upon a vacationer name Drake. Though both have their guard up while engaging in polite banter, they simply dismiss it as a momentary fluke and debunk the chemistry that is occurring between them. He is a vacationer, and she is a local. That alone would complicate the end game. However, it appears fate persistently draws them together.
