I have chosen to divide the book into four sections (the four seasons). Each season has it own stories, folklore and traditions, along with seasonal recipes. Remember, the ethos of Tuscan cuisine is fresh and seasonal. Readers will be peeking into Tuscan kitchens, dining rooms and pantries, giving them an authentic taste of Tuscan life.
