Resurrection: My Journey

This is a collection of poems and prose. Use them, if they apply, to help guide you back to life. On the journey of life there are so many falls and figurative deaths but many of us through our conviction and resilience can rise again and continue the journey. Sometimes the journey through life becomes a sojourn for survival. Times when people hurl hate and wickedness at you and you are dislodged from the place where you stand. Times when you get the wind knocked out of you but you get up dust off yourself, lick your wounds and face them like you intend to fight to the death. Or you can rise gracefully with everything in place leaving them in confusion questioning the impact that they really caused. Again this is when you just stand. Defend in place and let the chips fall where ever. Lessons must be learned and mistakes must not be repeated when we fall or figuratively die. Let it be the resurrection of your life and possibly your reinvention every time that you come back to life. This life that is so precious yet so short. Some have wasted every moment of it while others would give anything to prolong it. Still we are all here on borrowed time so let's live and in our living suspend dying.
