Abe McNamara began selling drugs in middle school. The pay was low and the expectations high, but he was excited for the chance to contribute to the suburban drug trafficking organization run by his half-brother, Jason. Maybe, at last, Jason would accept him as a member of this family he was foisted upon after his father's death. He quickly finds that won't be the case. In high school, Abe develops the types of friendships he has sought for years and discovers that he has one personality trait that Jason will not abide: compassion.
