Physics history is reviewed before the author reveals his demonstration that the famous Twin Paradox of Special Relativity has never been resolved and cannot be unless one admits that the twins' motion is not relative to each other, but to the ether that constitutes or fills that vacuum. Secondly, Quantum Mechanics is seen to be a special branch of the kinetic theory of gases, more particularly, vacuum must be treated as a material.
