This workbook can be completed by an individual or in a group, and positive life changes as well as growth are very possible. But, the maximum growth and change only comes when we are held accountable for our goals. To achieve this maximum potential the Voyag Team recommends that the reader utilize a Voyag trained Life Coach, a counseling Pastor, or a friend to walk through this journey with. God did not create us to be alone but to be in communion with one another, to encourage one another and to be accountable to one another; in order that we may grow as Christian men and women.
