In contrast, we see the lack of a covering through King Ahasuerus with Vashti. Esther was an overcomer living as an orphan then becoming a queen. Outstanding is her obedience to boldly walk into the throne room of King Ahasuerus, "for such a time as this." At the end of each chapter, questions bring clarity and life application which could easily be used in a Bible study group. Ultimately, Jesus is our King who is the ruler over all the nations and earth. We will have peaceful moments seeing that He indeed has the whole world in His hands. He offers His entire Kingdom. We acquire His Kingdom by receiving His eternal salvation through believing and repenting. He has won the victory for us as a result of His blood shed on the cross of calvary. "
