About the Author Randall Edward Foss has lived in Phoenix, Arizona for the past eleven years, but is originally from Tacoma, Washington. He holds a bachelor's degree in English and a teaching certificate in both English and Economics. He currently lives alone, and is working full time for a large transportation company.
