The Carousel.

Millie is a nine year old girl who likes stories and toys from the "olden days". She enjoys dressing in frilly clothes and pinafores, and reading about Victorian times. She has a very modern Grand mother, with pink hair and matching leggings who often takes her shopping. One day, Millie spots an old toy carousel in a shop window. It has been repainted and sparkles. However, it is one hundred years old, and very expensive. Millie and Nana can't afford it. They return home. That night Millie dreams about the carousel, however, she is interrupted when a girl comes running into her room to fetch her. It is Flo, who takes Millie on a journey into the past........
