Force Of Destiny: Akhenaten And Nefertiti Love In Ancient Egypt

The novel is based on the lives of the Pharaoh Akhenaten and his wife Queen Nefertiti, who reigned in the 18th dynasty. It begins with the arrival of the child Nefertiti into Egypt. By the age of thirteen she was married to Akhenaten who was seventeen. The story goes through their lives to their final end, in revolution. After which time, their names were removed from the Royal records and most of their statues were destroyed. Little remains today of the history of their lives and the manner of their death still remains a mystery. In my story I have entered into their private lives and also the many people who possibly surrounded them. I have used all my research and also the latest evidence of their lives, together with the lives of the whole family. All factual information has been incorporated to create a story containing great drama, tragedy and passionate love. Also part of the story is a fictional account of what could have happened. After researching, I have written my novel and much of it is based on what I have gathered together about them and all those who were involved in their lives.
