The Suffering

If we only take one step in the right direction and follow the dimly lit path towards our own healing and never give up no matter what then we will in the end reach the end of the perilous journey and reap the rewards from transitioning from anguish to bliss. This is the story of Kain who suffers from loneliness, depression, panic attacks and anxiety and how he slowly conquers his shadow and frees himself from his shackles of the past."Without light there is no darkness.Through the depths of the abyss the agonized wandering soul of Kain ultimately came to its destined purpose on the other side either by choice or by fate and to finally emerge transfigured into something new and better. The true inner essence was perhaps the same but the core was undeniably different from before. What was previously known as Kain was now dead and buried in the shades of the past but the reflections were still fresh in the memory of the soul though they were strange as if from an unknown man's life and filled with so much pain and darkness that the soul weeps from sadness by merely touching the surface of the images of memories but there is no more pain. Kain had in the end killed his old self even if, unintentionally, the act was irreversibly performed by the main actor in the middle of the tragic play and the progression of the soul had immediately begun after the final purification. There was no other road for Kain to take as it was the true path, filled with light and warmth and joy. Kain felt deep within him that this occurrence was an extraordinary feat that wasn't easily accomplished by anyone but he knew that he still had much ahead of him. He wondered what would happen in the future, what life he would perhaps have and if it would be a happy life. Would it be more or less the same as it was now? Kain couldn't bear the thought of it being so but at the same time he instantly knew somewhere inside him that it would never be the same again even if he tried to take that path but he wished to never experience such suffering again but only happiness, joy, passion and exploration of both the inner and outer cosmos. Nothing would ever be the same again, he could no longer perceive the world the same way as he used to do and he had a new mind-set. His body would be at last reshaped to fit his soul's hard earned clarity, fervor and renewed energy. It was time to look ahead, it was time to fulfill his given fate and it was time to finally let go of the past. Kain opened his door and let the warm light of the day in and letting its gentle and soothing rays of light flood his body with its serenity and fill the body with ease but he welcomed the darkness of the night as well with a smile and gentle acceptance, for they are one.Without darkness there is no light."
