He worked as Consultant (Behavioral Sciences), National Productivity Council (Ministry of Industries, Government of India), Senior Manager (HRD), in a large Indian Bank. He was part of a team to introduce HRD systems like behaviorally anchored performance appraisal system, statistical manpower planning, executive development programs in some large organizations. He was also associated with the Indian Society for Training and Development at Ahmadabad and Baroda. Presently, he was a Professor in Institute of Business Management and Research, a top class management college, under the Pune University. He has published 25 research papers in national journals and conferences and guided more than 100 P.G students in their research projects.
