THE SMELLY PRINCE is an illustrated children's book about a young boy who is rejected socially and follows The Pink Wolf to her evil lair. A common fairy-godfather with two neighbouring sisters intervenes and shows the Smelly Prince hygiene and the road to safety and social acceptance. The audience for this book will most likely be children in the age range of 8-10 upwards, who enjoy the work of authors such as David Williams and Roald Dahl.The author is a Sydney-based writer of Australian genre-fiction. The original illustrations were managed through the author's art direction, characterisation and scene setting with a specific set of guidelines and instructions for the illustrator to follow.
