Halloween has always been one of Maddie Graves' favorite days, and this season things are going to be more special than ever because it's her first big holiday with her live-in love Nick Winters. Nick is keen to make sure Maddie has the time of her life, but the arrival of a popular author and purported psychic in Blackstone Bay has him working overtime to provide protection. A local political group rallies against Cooper Ashton because they believe he's a scam artist bilking people out of their money.
