Dear Butterflies

DEAR BUTTERFLIES is a collection of a handful of prose and more than 30 original poems presented with the hope of encouraging all to "try to fly" despite the weight of life's problems. Published with the assistance of BePublished.Org, this work also exists to point out ways in which some human beings compare to the rare beauty and strength of the butterfly. Penned by Carrie Grayson Jordan, a Mississippi native and Chicago resident who writes as a contributor to Info Magazine (a Christian outreach publication), this work is the author's second published book. Her debut book release, "ON STAGE: A Collection of Skits & Plays," was published in 2009. Carrie is also an orator and writer for special events, and she produces and directs her own works. Prior to releasing Dear Butterflies in 2016, Carrie celebrated her poetry being published by: Chrysopoets, Inc., a renown organization of which she was a diligent member and student of drama; World of Poetry, where she was invited to compete to receive the top award; and Sparrowgrass Forum.
