When The Heart Gets Stolen

Brad Jackson lives for excitement and joined the police to become undercover. What he doesn't like is being lied to and practically left at the alter which has left a hardened wall around his heart. His explorations lead him to cross paths of a beautiful, hazel eyed lady haunting the bars and the drag races. She manages to catch his attention. He desperately tries to remain impassive but her ability to make him laugh and to find herself in awkward situations around him keeps him occupied. Bailey Matthews is hunting for those responsible for the murder, that's what she calls it, of her older brother and his partner who was killed during a job accident. She scours the bars to find an elusive driver of illegal races who may hold the answers, she finds herself enamored of a tall, handsome man. Her heart is instantly lost. She persistently interferes in his life and to make matters worse she finds herself in the wrong places at the wrong times. To his dismay, Brad finds himself as her protector as they try to discover what really happened to their brothers. Through it all he wonders if he can keep his heart safe from her innocent yet seductive nature, never knowing that she is trying to get him to feel the way she does for him. The race is on.
