Is there another Archangel? Anonymous letters threaten a prominent politician's career and place the entire Guardian Angel program at risk. New ParSec Agent Jennia Bennett is pulled into the investigation, which leads her to Port Dallas and a tangle of conflicting clues to the identity and motives of the blackmailer.
