A Merry Auction (Little Merry Mystery)

Abby goes on a weekend getaway with her boyfriend Lucas to visit his friend who breeds and sells horses as a hobby. She's soon becoming a real horsewoman. After all, she didn't fall off the animal more than once. Maybe she won't break a bone this time. When Abby attends a horse auction, a whole new world is opens up to her. She might get through the weekend without trouble finding her. Then her host gets into a heated argument with someone he calls a "killer buyer," and Dan threatens the man's life.
