Deadman'S Stagecoach

Annie and her brother Luke Hunter are raising horses and cattle just East of the Rocky Mountains and anticipating the arrival of Annie's beau, Adam. When the stagecoach he's arriving on is attacked, Adam has been shot and the question becomes: was the attack on the coach, or on Adam? While Annie runs the ranch, Luke sets out to track the men who attacked the coach. Riding with Luke is their closest friend, and member of the Nez Perce tribe, Joseph Peopeo. Questions begin to form as the three investigate the attack. Who hired the gunmen from back East? Is newer rancher Darcy Billings involved? Did Adam make an enemy when he was out in the gold fields? Does Henry Little Light, the mixed blood Crow-black man, who has offered to help, have a hidden agenda? The siblings' lives are in danger and a showdown is on the horizon in this 1800's Western whodunit.
