Dave isn't sure what he's searching for in the bustling, vibrant city of Hong Kong. It's certainly a world apart from his hometown in the northeast of England. The year is 1995, and Dave is eager to take advantage of the construction boom before the handoff that's causing Hong Kong's economy to soar.
