How To Talk To Anyone!

I never know what to say I hear this a lot when I talk with someone about social situations (dating, making friends, etc). It really breaks my heart that these folks don't understand the communication metrics to start a healthy conversation. What breaks my heart even more is because of our lack of confidence in social situations, many of us rob ourselves and others around us from meeting a truly awesome person that lies with in each and every one of us.
