Dolly'S Poems "The Poetry Chiffonier"

I named this book after my antique Chiffonier (a bookcase/sideboard) which I bought when I was just 18 years old. This book of short, mostly rhyming poetry, is a memoir of observations in my everyday life of personal events. Over one hundred and fifty short rhyming poems to lift your spirit, resonate deep, awaken your senses, and sooth your soul. From the funny to the harsh; fantasy to reality. Remembering our history and appreciating nature and beauty in our own back yard, and around the world. We all leave our mark on life, no matter how insignificant we think it is, we change history in our own small way and leave behind our footprint. In all cultures, emotions are universally recognised, no matter who you are, we all have the same basic feelings. We are individuals with opinions that make us who we are. To be human is to err.
