Sarah Lea Solomon, a native of North Platte, Nebraska is suddenly forced into a life that goes far beyond human reasoning. Something has altered the cornfield at the Old Franklin Farm out on old county road 183. Sarah struggles with the truth about her genetic make up, the new neighbor Mr. Adams who is the caretaker of the farm and the man she thought she knew.
